1. License Grant

LightmonkeyHDR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to your purchased tier:

• Personal: 1 machine activation for individual, non-commercial use
• Freelancer: 2 machine activations for commercial use by individuals
• Studio: Up to 5 machine activations for team/studio use

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the software on more machines than your license permits

3. Ownership

The software and all copies remain the property of LightmonkeyHDR. Your license does not grant ownership of the software, only the right to use it.

4. Updates

Your license includes one year of free updates from the date of purchase. After this period, you may continue using your current version or purchase an update extension.

5. Support

Support is provided via email at hello@lightmonkey.app. Priority support is available for Studio licenses.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase if the software does not meet your requirements. Contact us at hello@lightmonkey.app for refund requests.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LightmonkeyHDR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Darmstadt, Germany.
